RETURN  POLICY

Receipt confirms customer has seen the return policy

If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will gladly provide a credit upon product returned within four days with original receipt and original packaging and in unused condition. We will provide store credit for product returned within 30 days of purchase with original receipt and original packaging and in unused condition as method of payment excluding delivery charges. Returns with no receipt will not receive credit.

Custom orders are made expressly for you they are not returnable. You may cancel a custom order as long as the order is not in process at the workroom. There will be a 30% cancellation charge. All down products, linens and mattress are considered custom and not returnable. 

Furniture floor samples are not returnable.

All internet sales, phone sales and out of state sales are final.

We want to make sure that every customer is confident and satisfied with their purchase and we will do everything that we can to ensure a great shopping experience. Please ask us if you have any questions regarding our policy.
